Sunday: Miami vs. Florida State Gameday Central

The 14th-ranked University of Miami Hurricanes look to take a game from eighth-ranked Florida State on Sunday, as the three-game series between the Canes and Seminoles comes to a close in the final contest beginning at 1 p.m.

Miami (28-15, 15-7 Atlantic Coast Conference) fell by a 2-0 decision on Saturday night in a true pitchers’ duel. Eric Whaley took the loss after throwing 6 1/3 innings, allowing just a single earned run on six hits and striking out four. The UM versus FSU game will be broadcast live on television on CSS (channel 63 in the Miami-Dade area).

Sunday’s game features live audio provided by the nationally acclaimed WVUM sports staff, the student voice of the Miami Hurricanes, located at 90.5 FM on your radio dial. You can also listen to the broadcast via internet at WVUM.org. Justin Antweil and Scott Braun will have the call. Also with the call will be WQAM (560 AM) and ESPN Deportes (1450 AM).
