Miami Draws No. 5 Seed in 2026 ACC Baseball Championship

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes baseball team (36-17, 16-14 ACC) will enter the 2026 ACC Baseball Championship as the No. 5 seed and open tournament play Wednesday at 1 p.m. against the winner of Tuesday’s matchup between No. 12 Stanford and No. 13 California at Truist Field in Charlotte, N.C.

Miami enters the conference tournament after posting 36 regular-season wins and finishing tied for fifth in the ACC standings. The winner of Wednesday’s contest will move on to face No. 4 seed Boston College in the quarterfinal round Thursday at 7 p.m.

This year’s ACC Baseball Championship features all 16 conference programs competing in a single-elimination format across six days in Charlotte. Georgia Tech claimed the conference regular-season title and secured the tournament’s top seed, while North Carolina, Florida State and Boston College also received double byes into the quarterfinals.

All games from Tuesday through Saturday will be carried on ACC Network. Sunday’s championship game is scheduled for noon on ESPN2, with every contest also available on Sirius XM ACC Radio channel 371.
