My favorite memory playing baseball is… When I hit a grand slam in the third game of the Florida State series at home in 2009, and we went on to win the game.
I prepare myself in the on-deck circle by… Just relaxing and making sure I’m not thinking too much.
I chose my walk-up music… Shut It Down… because… I just like the song; it was catchy; and just got me relaxed as I head into the batter’s box.
A song I always listen to before games is… Theme music from the movie “Saw”
The most influential person in my life is… My father
My worst habit is… I spit too much
My favorite midnight snack is… Pop-Tarts

A place I’ve always wanted to visit… Cuba
If you walked into my bedroom, the first thing you would notice is… A huge sign saying “UM Locker Room – Credentials Only” that my parents gave to me as a kid, and I’ve always kept it.
My favorite vacation spot… The Bahamas
If I had to survive on one food the rest of my life, it would be… Steak
A pre-game ritual of mine is to… Always go in the bathroom and look in the mirror, and at that point I just know that it’s game time.
