CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The fourth-ranked University of Miami baseball team returns home to face 14th-ranked Florida State this weekend to conclude their annual six-game home-and-home series. The Hurricanes took two-of-three games from the Seminoles last weekend in Tallahassee.
The Hurricanes will be available to the media on Tuesday, April 13, Wednesday, April 14 and Thursday, April 15, between 1:45 p.m. to 2:25 p.m. The UM coaching staff will also be available for another 25 minutes, until 2:50 p.m.
Practice will begin shortly after 3 p.m. and is open to the media.

Miami Head Coach Jim Morris is just two wins shy of 500 wins at the University of Miami. Morris just passed the 1,000 career-wins plateau. He would become the second coach in Miami history to win 500 games with the Hurricanes.
All three games at Mark Light Field will be broadcast live on the Sunshine Network.
Hurricanes Move Up to 4th in the Coaches Poll
The University of Miami baseball team moved up one spot to No. 4 in the latest Sports Weekly/ESPN Coaches Poll release Monday afternoon.
The Hurricanes, 26-7 on the season, are coming off of a series win at Florida State this past weekend and will face the Seminoles at home for a three-game series beginning on Friday, April 16, at 7 p.m. on the Sunshine Network.
Miami received 871 votes to trail top-ranked Texas who garnered 996 total votes and 37 first-place votes. Stanford is ranked second with 957 votes and two first-place votes while Rice comes in at No. 3 with 919 votes. Long Beach State is fifth with 793 votes. LBSU will visit Coral Gables for a three-game series to close the regular season on May 27-29.
Florida State is ranked 22nd in this week’s coaches poll.
