Ron Fraser Bobblehead Giveaway Set For April 19th Vs. FSU

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami has announced that the Ron Fraser Hurricane Legend Bobblehead doll, courtesy of OleoMed, will be given away during the Saturday, April 19th baseball game between the #7 Miami Hurricanes and the #3 Florida State Seminoles. Game time is set for 7 pm, with gates opening at 5:30. The first 3,000 fans though the gates will receive the bobblehead.

From the months of November through January, Hurricanes fans were allowed to vote on www.hurricanesports.com for their selection of the 2003 bobblehead. Ron Fraser was the overwhelming fan favorite, followed by former Hurricanes Pat Burrell and Charles Johnson. The Miami Maniac also ranked among the top 4.

Fans purchasing their tickets in advance will be admitted into the park beginning at 5:30 pm. For those fans purchasing their tickets at Mark Light on game day, the UM box office will be open beginning at 6:00 pm.
