CAREER: Talented snapper who has been the team’s short snapper for extra points and field goals since early in the 2005 season…Can also snap for punts…Former high school lacrosse player was a walk-on during spring practice two years ago and impressed the coaches with his snapping abilities in a matter of weeks…Has attended UM since 2003 but played football only the last two seasons…Has played in 22 games so far…Graduated in May 2007 with a degree in business management.

 

2006 (JUNIOR): Handled the team’s snapping duties for extra points and field goals all season…Did not have a bad snap all year…

 

2005 (SOPHOMORE): Played in nine games as a long snapper…Received the Albert Bentley Most Valuable Walk-On Award…Did not play in the first three contests, then made his first collegiate appearance snapping for punts vs. South Florida…Took over as the team’s long snapper for placekicks in the season’s fourth game and handled the snapping duties for field goals and extra points the final eight games.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman in lacrosse (2000-2003), earning All-State honors as a junior in 2002 and All-Conference acclaim in 2002-03…Tied the school record for most goals in a season as a junior (50)…On school’s Honor Roll throughout his high school years.
