TOP PERFORMERS

Calais Campbell (Arizona Cardinals) – two sacks, 53-yard fumble return for touchdown

Despite his team’s 48-41 loss to New Orleans, Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell delivered one of the best performances of his career Sunday for Arizona. Campbell totaled four tackles and two sacks, and was credited with the first touchdown of his NFL career on a 53-yard scoop and score after a fumble by New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees. With six sacks in 2016, Campbell now has 54.5 for his career – the second-most in Arizona history – and has at least five sacks for the eighth straight season.

Erik Swoope (Indianapolis Colts) – three catches, 50 yards, first career touchdown

Sunday marked another milestone in Erik Swoope’s transition from University of Miami basketball player to NFL tight end. Swoope hauled in his first touchdown at any level on a 27-yard score in the second quarter, hauling in a lofted pass from Andrew Luck near the 5-yard line and diving into the endzone. In his first season as a full member of the 53-man roster, Swoope has 13 catches and 230 yards. His 50 yards receiving were one shy of his career high, while his three catches were a new best.

Frank Gore (Indianapolis Colts) – 26 carries, 101 yards, four catches, 14 receiving yards

With 115 all-purpose yards Sunday, Indianapolis Colts running back Frank Gore moved past Tony Dorsett into 10th place in NFL history for the most yards from scrimmage in NFL history. Gore recorded his second 100-yard rushing game of the season in the victory, becoming the first Colt running back since 2007 to accomplish the feat. Gore, 33, needs just more than 300 yards to pass Eric Dickerson for the seventh-most rushing yards in NFL history.

Duke Johnson, Jr. (Cleveland Browns) – 93 all-purpose yards, five receptions, five carries

Duke Johnson Jr., has quietly put together another strong season for the Browns, nearing 1,000 all-purpose yards for the second straight season. Johnson Jr., had 93 all-purpose yards in Sunday’s loss to Buffalo, including team-best totals of five receptions and 62 receiving yards. The second-year pro added 31 rushing yards on five carries, including a long run of 13 yards. In 30 career NFL games, Johnson Jr., now has 705 rushing yards and 1,027 receiving yards.
