CORAL GABLES, Fla. The University of Miami women’s tennis team is set to play its final two ACC road matches of the spring this weekend in the Tar Heel State.

The seventh-ranked Hurricanes will take on No. 20 Wake Forest Friday at 4 p.m., in Winston-Salem, N.C., and then will meet No. 37 NC State Saturday at 11 a.m. in Raleigh, N.C.

Miami (13-4, 8-2 ACC) enters the weekend on a nine-match winning streak. In addition, head coach Paige Yaroshuk-Tews heads to North Carolina just two victories away from 300 in her 15-year career.

The Hurricanes have a 17-1 record all-time against Wake Forest, including a 7-0 mark on the road. Miami’s lone loss to the Demon Deacons came in 1994.

In doubles, Guerin and Anna Ulyashchenko are the lone ranked pair for the Demon Deacons, holding the No. 45 spot in the country.
