UTR Sports, creator of the world’s most accurate tennis rating system and the innovative UTR Pro Tennis Tour (PTT), is excited to announce new dynamic partnerships with more than a dozen elite college tennis programs, including the University of Miami.
These partnerships with universities across the country will contribute to growth in PTT events in the United States at premier venues, allowing professional playing opportunities for more collegiate players and adding financial benefits for players and college programs.
With this expansion, the number of college campuses hosting PTT events in 2025 is expected to triple in 2025, from 30 to more than 100. That incredible growth is in line with a broader, global expansion of the PTT to over 20,000 matches a year.

The on-campus tournaments eliminate travel costs and provide more guaranteed, high-level matchplay for players.
“UTR Sports is extremely excited to work with these programs and bring pro tennis to more college campuses,” said Chase Hodges, UTR Sports Vice President/GM. “UTR Sports annually helps programs of all sizes raise millions of dollars through innovative initiatives, including camps, circuits, and on-campus tournaments. Through these new partnerships, programs, coaches, and athletes will continue to reap the benefits.”
Players throughout the world are drawn to the guaranteed matchplay and prize money the PTT offers, which is found nowhere else in professional tennis. New in 2025, players will also benefit from the recently-announced $500,000 Tour Card program. The program features a yearlong points race and additional income-earning opportunities based on merit.
