Canes Ink Bethel to Grant-In-Aid Agreement
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami football program signed senior defensive end Pat Bethel to a grant-in-aid agreement on Monday.
Bethel, who hails from Vero Beach, Fla., concluded senior season at Vero Beach High School after he recorded nine sacks in 2015.
He is currently ranked No. 88 in the ESPN 300 ratings. Bethel also has a four-star ranking and is rated as the 10th–best defensive end by 247Sports. He also is ranked as the No. 1 prospect in the TCPalm Super 11 rankings.
Most recently, Bethel was selected to play in the 2015 Under Armour All-American Game on Jan. 2.
