Hurricane Hotline at The Rathskeller in 2015

CORAL GABLES, Fla. –The Rathskeller, a University of Miami on-campus institution since 1973 and located in the Shalala Student Center, will host 560 WQAM’s Hurricane Hotline for the 2015 football season.

The Hurricane Hotline, hosted by Joe Zagacki and Don Bailey Jr., will air from 6-8 p.m. on 560 WQAM and WQAM.com.

Guests for Wednesday’s show include head football coach Larry Scott, defensive linemen Calvin Heurtelou and Ufomba Kamalu, as well as a check-in from Joe Zagacki with Coach L from Puerto Rico.

This year, most Hurricane Hotline shows will occur on Monday nights with exceptions on Nov. 18 (Wednesday) and Nov. 24 (Tuesday). All dates may be subject to change.

The Rathskeller, fondly referred to as the “Rat,” is a popular student meeting place that was built for the University of Miami students. The Rat serves great burgers, specialty foods, cold beverages and also is a venue for campus entertainment such as live bands, poetry slams and comedy acts. The Rathskeller has something for everyone.
