CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The No. 36 University of Miami men’s tennis team will face off against the North Florida Ospreys on Sun., Feb. 26. The home match will begin at 10 a.m. at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.

Miami (5-2, 0-1) will look to earn their fifth straight win against an in-state opponent after victories over USF and UCF in their last two.

The Hurricanes defeated the UCF Knights on Friday afternoon in a 5-2 victory. The team was led by Gabriel Flores and Diego Soto who earned victories in both singles and doubles play.

Omar Aly, Wilfredo Gonzalez and Victor Mauz also brought home wins for the Canes in singles play against the Knights.

North Florida (5-3) comes to Coral Gables after losing their last match on Friday in Tampa against USF. The Ospreys were defeated 4-3 in a close match against the Bulls.

Following Sunday’s match, the Hurricanes will host No. 32 Florida State on Sun., March 4 at 3:30 p.m. before traveling to Clemson on March 11.
