Miami Baseball Finishes Preparation for Exhibition Games

Coral Gables, Fla. – Under the direction of head coach Jim Morris, the University of Miami baseball team will hold its final intrasquad scrimmage Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in preparation for this weekend’s exhibition games at Alex Rodriguez Park.

The Hurricanes host Miami Dade College on Friday at 4 p.m., followed by a game against the Canadian Junior National Team on Saturday at 6 p.m. Both games are free to attend and all are invited to come out to support the Canes.

Thursday’s schedule begins with stretch and throw at 2:30 p.m., followed by a brief warm-up and batting practice before the ensuing scrimmage around 3:30 p.m.

The pitching rotation for Thursday’s intrasquad scrimmage includes Kossak, Otero, Hurley, Radziewski and Sargent.
