Canes & Noles to Meet at 3:30 p.m. on ABC

CORAL GABLES, Fla. — The best rivalry in college football will once again air to a national audience thanks to the announcement that the Canes and Seminoles will meet at 3:30 p.m. Eastern on ABC with a national mirror on ESPN.
Canes fans in the state of Florida and likely throughout ACC territory will be able to watch the game on their local ABC affiliate. Other regions of the country will be able to find the game on ESPN. A definitive broadcast map will be released by ESPN & the ACC later this week.
Both the Canes (5-4 overall, 3-3 ACC) and Seminoles (6-3, 4-2) are coming off impressive showings.
UM put together a complete performance in a 49-14 win over Duke. The offense only punted once with Lamar Miller (147 yards, 2 touchdowns), Jacory Harris (3 passing touchdowns) and Mike James (2 rushing touchdowns) leading the charge.
FSU defeated Boston College, 38-7, on ESPN Thursday night football. DeVonta Freeman had two rushing touchdowns for the Noles and E.J. Manuel passed for 180 yards and a touchdown.
UM leads the all-time series with FSU, 31-24. The last five games in the series have been won by the road team. UM won 38-34 in Tallahassee in 2009 and 37-29 in 2007.
