Pre-Spring Press Conference
Coach Golden will hold a pre-spring ball press conference on Thursday, March 3 at 1 p.m. in the Edgerrin James Room
Spring Practice Dates
Saturday, March 5 – Greentree Field at 9 a.m.
Tuesday, March 8 – Greentree Field at 2:15 p.m.
Thursday, March 10 – Greentree Field at 2:15 p.m.
** March 14-20 – UM Spring Break **
Tuesday, March 22 – Greentree Field at 2:15 p.m.
Thursday, March 24 – Greentree Field at 2:15 p.m.
Saturday, March 26 – Greentree Field at 9 a.m.

Saturday, April 2 – Public Scrimmage at 10 a.m. (Open to media & public)

Interview Opportunities
Miami players and assistant coaches will be available for interviews during the 30 minutes immediately prior to practice. Requests for interviews, outside of head coach Al Golden, must be made 24 hours in advance of the practice time. Golden will address the media at 1:45 p.m. prior to all weekday practices.
Due to travel constraints, interviews will take place after the scrimmages. Requests will be taken on site.
Feature Stories
Due to the limited pre-practice time frame for interviews, we understand the difficulty it presents for media working on feature stories.
To alleviate that issue, media are asked to submit feature story requests each Monday during the spring season (March 7, March 21, March 28, April 4, April 11). LaTonya Sadler and the Communications staff will make every effort to schedule a separate time to accommodate those requests, provided the requests are submitted by the above dates.
Practice & Scrimmage Access
1. Practices are closed to the media and public. At the beginning of each practice, the media will be given a viewing period of approximately 15 minutes.
2. Practices are open to all high school coaches and prospective student-athletes. Please contact the UM football staff for the appropriate pass.
3. Practices are open to all football alums. Please contact the UM football staff for the appropriate pass.
4. Practices are open to NFL scouts. Please contact the UM football staff for the appropriate pass.
5. The scrimmages & spring game will be open to the media and public.
