Stadium Gates to Open 90 Minutes Prior to Gametime

CORAL GABLES, Fla. –In an effort to increase fan experience, the University of Miami has announced that stadium gates to home games at Land Shark Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of home games. At the first game of the season – versus Georgia Tech on September 17 – gates opened one hour prior to gametime.

The change will be effective for Saturday’s home contest against the Oklahoma Sooners as well as all remaining home games. With gametime scheduled for 8 p.m., stadium gates will open at 6:30 p.m. Gates to the parking lots will continue to open four hours prior to the start of the game (4 p.m. for the Oklahoma game).
