Coral Gables, FLA (www.hurricanesports.com) — – Join the South Florida Regional Hurricane Club for the UM Celebrity Waiter Event on Monday, May 19, 2008, featuring new University of Miami Athletic Director Kirby Hocutt, coaches and student-athletes at The Palm Restaurant in Coral Gables.

Cocktails and silent auction will begin at 6:00 pm and will be followed by dinner and a live auction at 7:00 pm.
