No Damage at Orange Bowl

Coral Gables – University of Miami school officials were in contact with the City of Miami and personnel from the Orange Bowl today regarding the stadium’s condition following Tropical Storm Ernesto.

The Orange Bowl was reported to have not sustained any damage in the storm. The lighting system and scoreboard will be inspected tomorrow and the Hurricanes football game against Florida State on Labor Day is expected to be played as scheduled at 8:00 p.m.
