Wright and Beason to Join Coker at ACC Media Days

Coral Gables – University of Miami football players quarterback Kyle Wright and linebacker Jon Beason will join head coach Larry Coker at the 2006 Atlantic Coast Conference Football Media Day on Sunday and Monday, July 23-24 in Jacksonville.

The two UM players and Coker will represent the Hurricanes at the event that marks the official beginning of the conference’s 2006 season. Players and coaches representing the ACC’s other 11 schools will join the Hurricanes at the media event.

Entering their third season of competition in the ACC, Miami is looking to win its first division title as a member of the conference. Overall, UM owns an 83-53-1 record (.609) vs. ACC schools.
