Students: Wear Green This Saturday and A Chance at $ 500!

In an effort to increase student spirit, the UM Athletic Department has developed a student-based promotion for the game this Saturday, November 8th against the Tennessee Vols.
“Wear it to Win!” Wear the special “U Football” tee shirt on sale at the UM Bookstore and your student organization could be one of two to win a $500 CASH prize. Twenty randomly selected students wearing their GREEN tees at the game will also be receiving $20 gift certificates to the UM Bookstore, good for merchandise or books.
Here’s how….
1. Purchase the special ‘U’ Football shirt from the UM Bookstore
2. Wear it to the Tennessee Game; Get a ticket at the game for wearing it
3. Turn in the ticket AND the receipt of purchase to your organization’s president.
ALL RECEIPTS AND TICKETS MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 12, 2003 TO THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION’S NAME
The winners will be determined by:
1. The student group with the highest number of people who purchase and wear the tee – $500 cash prize.
2. The student group with the highest percentage of their group purchasing and wearing the tee – $500 cash prize. (ex: 20 people total in your group, 15 people purchase the tee = 75%).
