Miami's Rose Bowl Tickets Sold Out

Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) — – The University of Miami announced on Sunday that its ticket allotment to the Rose Bowl presented by AT&T is sold out. In excess of 20,000 tickets have been sold to the January 3rd contest against the University of Nebraska since they first went on sale following the Hurricanes’ victory over Virginia Tech on December 1st.
In making the announcement, Miami Director of Athletics Paul Dee said, “I am extremely pleased that our fans have purchased our complete allotment of tickets to the National Championship game at the Rose Bowl. This is the largest contingent of Hurricane fans ever to attend an away event. We look forward to our fans enjoying a week in Southern California in anticipation of the game and are also pleased to be playing our post-season friends-Nebraska-for the sixth time in a bowl game.”
While the complete ticket allotment is sold out, a limited number of tickets are available to Hurricane Club donors and students who have until Wednesday, December 12 at 9:00 pm to submit orders.
