Football News Names Moss, Morgan and Reed All-Americans

Coral Gables, FL (www.hurricanesports.com) – Football News, which has been covering college and professional football since 1939, has named three University of Miami players to its two 2000 Preseason All-American Teams.

Senior receiver Santana Moss was selected to FN’s First-Team Offense, while senior middle linebacker Dan Morgan and junior safety Ed Reed were named to the Second-Team Defense.

The Hurricanes, who defeated Georgia Tech, 28-13, in the 2000 Toyota Gator Bowl, open up the 2000 season with McNeese State on August 31 at the Orange Bowl.
