Hurricanes Jump in Top 25 Polls
CORAL GABLES, Fla. — Following a 56-9 win over Florida A&M, the Miami Hurricanes climbed in both major college football polls released Sunday.
Miami moved up two spots to No. 10 in the Associated Press Top 25, while also ascending three spots to No. 12 in the US LBM Coaches Poll.
The Hurricanes cracked the top 10 for the first time since Dec. 6, 2020, when Miami checked in ninth nationally.
UM is one of four Atlantic Coast Conference programs to appear in the rankings, accompanied by No. 19/21 Louisville, No. 22/20 Clemson and No. 24/RV Boston College.
The Hurricanes resume action Saturday, as Miami hosts Ball State at Hard Rock Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. on ACC Network.
