First Manny Diaz Youth Camps Set for June 8
CORAL GABLES, Fla. — The 2021 Manny Diaz Football Youth Camps, available to anyone aged 5 through rising sixth graders, will kick off Tuesday, June 8.
The satellite youth camps will take place in Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County.
June 8: Dade County
9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Goulds Park (11350 SW 216th Street, Miami, Fla., 33170)
6 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Betty T. Ferguson Park (3000 NW 199th Street, Miami Gardens, Fla., 33056)
June 15: Broward County
9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Joseph C Carter Park (1450 W Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., 33311 – in partnership with Orange Bowl)
June 22: Palm Beach County
9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Glades Pioneer Park (866 S.R. 715, Belle Glade, Fla., 33430 – in partnership with Orange Bowl)
The series of youth camps is free and will feature hands-on coaching from Miami coaches and players, including head coach Manny Diaz. Campers will receive high-level instruction on how to practice and play like the Miami Hurricanes.
