Men's Tennis Takes On UNF

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The No. 62 University of Miami men’s tennis team will compete against UNF Saturday February 22 at 2 p.m. at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.

After two weeks away from competition, the Hurricanes are looking to turn around their game as they come off two losses against Texas Tech and USF. The Canes’ 2014 season record is 3-3. 

Senior Diego Soto and junior Henrique Tsukamoto both have a singles record of 5-1 to lead the Hurricanes. Gabriel Flores, Omar Aly and William Albanese have compiled singles records of 4-2 this spring. The senior duo Soto and Flores have put on a strong performance so far with a doubles record of 4-2.

UNF will play UCF Friday February 21 before they come to Coral Gables to compete against the Hurricanes. The Ospreys won a double header last weekend against Georgia Southern and Bethune-Cookman. UNF has a 2014 season record of 3-5.
