ACC Champion WoMen's Tennis To Be Honored
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The 2013 ACC Champion Miami Hurricanes women’s tennis team will be honored at Saturday night’s baseball game vs. St. John’s.
Members of the tennis team, in addition to the Hurricanes’ eight student-athlete award winners, will be honored prior to the game. Head coach Paige Yaroshuk-Tews will throw out the first pitch, slated for 7 p.m.
The Hurricanes, a No. 6 national seed, will host an NCAA Regional for the ninth consecutive year. Miami (20-5) will face North Florida (16-4) at 2 p.m. Friday, while South Carolina (13-11) and Purdue (17-5) will square off at 11 a.m. The regional final is slated for 1 p.m. Saturday.
