Hurricanes Tied For Second in NCAA With Nine Graduates

The current Miami Hurricanes roster includes nine players who have already received their undergraduate degrees, tied for the second-highest total in the NCAA this year. Miami led the nation last year with 11 graduates on the 2005 team.

Miami’s graduates are: DE Baraka Atkins, TE Curtis Justus, WR Ryan Moore, OG Derrick Morse, PK Jon Peattie, OL Alex Pou, CB Glenn Sharpe, C Anthony Wollschlager and PK Francesco Zampogna.

In addition, nine more Hurricanes are scheduled to graduate in December, 2006. They are: G Andrew Bain, DT Kareem Brown, LB Glenn Cook, WR Darnell Jenkins, S Brandon Meriweather, TE Greg Olsen, H-back John Rochford, WR Terrell Walden and QB Kyle Wright.
