Gameworks Selected as Official Party Watch and Hurricane Hotline Host

Coral Gables, Fla. (www. hurricanesports.com) – – GameWorks (www.gameworks.com) has signed on for the fourth year of hosting the official watch parties for this year’s Miami Hurricanes football season.

GameWorks South Miami (Shops at Sunset Place) and Ft. Lauderdale (Oasis at Sawgrass Mills Mall) locations will act as the official watch party locations for the Miami Hurricanes college football season.”It is great that for the fourth straight year GameWorks will be hosting watch parties at both South Florida locations,” stated Larry Coker, head coach for the Miami Hurricanes. “Last year’s events were extremely successful and are a great way for our fans to show their support”.

In addition to the Official Watch Party, GameWorks will host a Miami Hurricane Season Kick Off Party on Friday, August 25 from 7- 9 PM. The event will feature special appearances by Sebastian the Ibis, the Miami Hurricane Cheerleaders and other surprise guests. GameWorks will also be hosting WQAM’s (560 AM) Hurricane Hotline Show at the GameWorks location in South Miami. The show will feature live interviews with Larry Coker every week live at GameWorks.
