D'Agord Set to Take Part in ITA Indoor Championships

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami junior Luigi D’Agord will head to Columbus, Ohio to take part in the 2005 ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships hosted by Ohio State University beginning Nov. 3 at The Racquet Club of Columbus.

D’Agord will face Mark Barry of Penn State in Thursday’s first round beginning in the afternoon.

D’Agord enters the national tournament, the last of three national ITA championship tournaments, ranked 26th nationally in singles. He automatically qualified for the Indoor Championships earlier this fall with a quarterfinal appearance at the 2005 Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Championships held at the University of Tulsa.
