Hurricanes Head to Lone Star State to Face No. 13 Texas A&M

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The 32nd-ranked University of Miami men’s tennis team will head to College Station, Texas Monday to take on No. 13 Texas A&M at 6 p.m.
The Hurricanes (9-1) look to rebound after suffering their first loss of the year this past Friday at the hands of rival Florida State in Coral Gables.
Against the Seminoles, sophomore Eric Hechtman (Miami, Fla.) upset No. 20 Mat Cloer in a match-tie breaker, playing at No. 1 singles for the first time this season to improve to 10-0 in dual play.
The Aggies are 12-6 after falling to No. 29 California this past week and boast the No. 1 doubles team in the nation in Lester Cook and Ante Matijevic.
Texas A&M holds the advantage in the all-time series with Miami at 7-5.
