Megan Bradley Advances At Indoors

CORAL GABLES, Fla.-Junior Megan Bradley (Columbia, Mo.) won the first round of play at the 2003 ITA National Indoor Championships Thursday morning at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Bradley, an at-large selection into the prestigious tournament, knocked off the Southwest Regional Champion in the first round of action. Bradley beat Petra Dizdar of Texas 6-4, 5-7, 6-1.

No. 34 Bradley will face No. 8 Alexis Gordon of Florida in the second round Friday morning.
