Women's Tennis Ranked 19th In Nation

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – – The University of Miami women’s tennis team recently improved its ranking to 19th in the nation.
With the BIG EAST Championships looming April 25 through April 27, the Hurricanes are the top-ranked team in the conference. Notre Dame is second at No. 27 while Virginia Tech is ranked 69th and Boston College is ranked 69th.
The Hurricanes are 15-5. Their last win was a 6-1 rout of Notre Dame. Prior to the improvement to No. 19, the Hurricanes were ranked 25th. Their best ranking of the season was No. 13.
Miami leads the conference in titles with seven championships.
