Women's Tennis hosts No. 25 South Alabama

Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – – The No. 37 University of Miami women’s tennis team (2-0) looks to extend its winning-streak to three as they host the No. 25 University of South Alabama (1-1) Saturday, February 2, 2002 at 10 a.m. at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center on the UM campus.

The Hurricanes opened the season with an impressive 5-2 victory over Florida Atlantic last weekend. Miami, led by sophomores Sara Robbins and Sihem Bennacer, then defeated Barry University 5-2, improving to a perfect 2-0 on the season.

The University of South Alabama started the season with a 5-2 win over Rice. The Jaguars fell on Sunday to No. 4 ranked Vanderbilt, falling to 1-1 on the season.
