No. 38 Women's Tennis Downs No. 57 Virginia Tech, 7-0

CORAL GABLES, Fla.–The No. 38-ranked University of Miami women’s tennis team shutout No. 57 Virginia Tech Sunday afternoon at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.
Miami improves to 7-2 overall, while the Hokies fall to 6-4 overall.
The Hurricanes won all three doubles matches in route to the 1-0 start in the match.
Miami then recorded victories at all six singles matches to take the 7-0 victory. UM has won three matches this season by virtue of a shutout.
The No. 38 Hurricanes are back in action Tuesday at 2 p.m. as they play host to No. 35 Georgia Tech.
