Full Home Soccer Slate Set for ACCN Extra
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – For the third consecutive year, all of the University of Miami soccer team’s regular season home matches will be broadcast live on the ESPN family of networks.
Each one of the Hurricanes’ eight home contests from August through October will be shown on ACC Network Extra.
“We are really excited to have our games televised again this season. This allows families, friends and fans the ability to watch the action live if they can’t make it to Cobb Stadium,” Miami head coach Mary-Frances Monroe said. “This is so great for the game of soccer. We are looking forward to starting our non-conference games and getting right into it.”
In addition to having its full slate of home affairs on the network, all five of Miami’s ACC road matches is set to be televised there, too.
The contests at Syracuse, Virginia, Louisville, Duke and Wake Forest will all be on ACCN Extra. This marks the third straight year the Hurricanes will have at least eight conference games broadcast.
Miami’s Oct. 15 match at Duke will not only be shown on ACCN Extra, but also is set to be televised live on RSN.
Four of Miami’s five non-conference road outings, those at FIU, Cincinnati, Yale and Quinnipiac, will be shown via live streaming video.
In total, 17 of the Hurricanes’ 18 regular season contests will be available for fans to watch from anywhere in the country.
