NBA Summer League Update: DJ & TMJ in Orlando

DeQuan Jones and Trey McKinney Jones, former Hurricane hoopers, wrapped up the 2014 Samsung NBA Summer League in Orlando on July 11.

Jones competed in five games with the Indiana Pacers, notching 48 points, 13 rebounds, eight assists, five blocks and three steals. In his best outing, he notched 18 points, six rebounds, three assists and two blocks against the Celtics on July 11.

McKinney Jones played in three games with the Miami Heat, scoring 15 points while pulling down eight rebounds, swiping four steals and dishing out three assists.

The 2014 Samsung NBA Summer League in Orlando took place from July 5-11. The Indiana Pacers closed out with a record of 4-1 and the Miami Heat ended 1-4.
