Season Tickets for UMBB at All-Time High
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami has set a record for Hurricanes basketball season tickets sold this year.
Miami now has 3,645 season ticket holders, surpassing the previous mark of 3,621 in 2002.
“The South Florida Community has embraced Hurricanes basketball like never before and is helping us Build Champions by making the BankUnited Center a very difficult venue for visiting teams, “ Director of Athletics Blake James said. “The support of our fans buying season tickets has been accelerated by the hard work, success and community outreach from Coach Larrañaga, his staff, the team and our external division, and we are very proud of the record sales.”
Season tickets are still on sale for the reigning ACC Men’s Basketball Champions, the Miami Hurricanes.
The Canes host 16 home games this season, including ACC matchups against Boston College, Duke, Florida State, NC State, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
With tickets starting at $200 per ticket, the red package is the best value, as the owner will get the full season for the same price you’d pay to buy the four premier games on an individual-game basis. Fans can also purchase the green tickets for $600, compared to $765 if buying on single-game basis, or the $900 orange package, which includes seats where single-game tickets are not available.
