CORAL GABLES, Fla. – For the third time in nine days, Hurricane Basketball fans have sold out the BankUnited Center. Coming off the first back-to-back capacity crowds in program history, the men’s basketball game vs. North Carolina on Saturday, Feb. 9 is now a sellout as well.

The BankUnited Center has seen a capacity crowd of 7,972 only three times under its current configuration, including Jan. 23 vs. Duke and Jan. 27 vs. Florida State.

Miami, who is 15-3 overall and 6-0 in the ACC, is 9-0 at home this season and is undefeated (4-0) in 2013. The Canes open a two-game road trip Wednesday at Virginia Tech. Catch the game at 9 p.m. on FOX Sports South, click here for affiliates.

Fans with a purchased ticket are encouraged to arrive to the BankUnited Center early on Saturday afternoon. Doors will open at 1 p.m. and as usual, traffic is expected to be heavy for those utilizing US-1 to access the arena.

Students are advised to stay tuned to information via email regarding ticketing procedures. UM expects to have more than 1,300 students in the building.

A limited number of scattered single seats are still available for the North Carolina game by calling the Hurricane Ticket Office at 305-284-3245.

Tickets for the Boston College game on Tuesday, Feb. 5 are still available for as little as $10 and may be purchased online. The following games vs. Virginia, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech and Clemson are also available.

Prior to the 2006-07 season, the capacity in the BankUnited Center was 7,000 and UM reached the sellout mark on eight occasions under that configuration.
