FOX Sports South Picks Up UM Hoops Games

CORAL GABLES, Fla. ā€“ FOX Sports South and SportSouth today announced their 2012-13 college basketball telecast schedule, including eight University of Miami menā€™s basketball games.Ā 
Fox Sports South picked up three of Miamiā€™s non-conference games, including Jacksonville (Nov. 16), Charlotte (Dec. 14) and LaSalle (Jan. 2). Ā The network will also broadcast two home ACC matchups in Boston College (Feb. 5) and Virginia Tech (Feb. 27), as well as three league road contests at Boston College (Jan. 16), Virginia Tech (Jan. 30) and Wake Forest (Feb. 23).Ā 
The Canes open the season with a Nov. 2 exhibition contest against St. Leo, then start the regular season Nov. 9 at 5:30 p.m. against Stetson at the BankUnited Center.
