In Miami’s win over No. 5 Duke, Kadji knocked down 4-of-5 three-pointers, scoring 15 points to go along with his eight rebounds. He scored in double digits in all but one ACC game, and recorded seven or more rebounds eight times. In league games only, the junior forward ranked third in the ACC in field goal percentage, seventh in blocked shots, ninth in scoring and 16th in rebounding.

Durand Scott is one of four players selected as an All-ACC Honorable Mention performer. At NC State on Feb. 29, the junior tallied 10 points and 11 rebounds for his first double-double of the year. He recorded 13 double-digit scoring nights and had at least three assists in eight games this year. Scott also notched six or more rebounds 11 times. He was fifth in the league in field goal percentage (47.6%), tied for eighth in assists (46) and tied for ninth in steals (21). The junior guard was also 14th in rebounding and tied for 15th in scoring.

Miami rookie Shane Larkin earned one of five nods for the ACC All-Freshman Team. Larkin started 11 of 16 league games, averaging 5.3 points, 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals per game. Larkin tallied at least three assists in nine games and recorded a steal in nine outings. At North Carolina (Jan. 10), Larkin’s second ACC game, he had six swipes and four assists and in back-to-back games against NC State (Jan. 22) and at Georgia Tech (Jan. 24), he dished out five assists per game. The product of Dr. Phillips High in Orlando, Fla., shot 81.8 percent at the free throw line and hit 11 three pointers in 16 league games.
