Exclusive Ordering Opportunity for Away Game Tickets

CORAL GABLES, Fla.–Hurricane Club members and Football season ticket holders will have an exclusive period to request away game tickets this season. This opportunity will be made available from June 6 through July 15. Hurricane Club members and season ticket holders may submit requests for the games of their choice through “My Account” at HurricaneSports.com, 1-800-GO-CANES (1-800-462-2637) or in person at the Hurricane Ticket Office. Instructions and ticket pricing for away game tickets are below.
Away Games and Ticket Pricing:
Monday, September 5 at Maryland, $48
Saturday, October 8 at Virginia Tech, $48
Saturday, October 15 at North Carolina, $50
Saturday, November 12 at Florida State, $75
Saturday, November 19 at USF, $37
Key Points:
– Seating locations will be determined when tickets are received from the opposing team; this typically occurs in mid-August.
– Tickets and location will be assigned on a priority point basis within donor levels and will be shipped as soon as tickets are assigned. Please note any additional tickets ordered may be seated outside of your priority area.
– When requesting your tickets, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. Credit cards will only be charged for those orders we are able to fulfill. For those who receive tickets, charges will appear between July 18 – July 25.
– Please note ticket prices do not include a $5 per ticket handling fee. Online orders will also be charged an additional Ticketmaster fee of $3 per ticket.
Online Ordering Instructions:
1) Go to your online Ticketmaster account
(https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?team=umiami&l=EN)
2) Log-in using the Account ID and Password provided. (If you do not know your password use the online tool) Account Number: 100001
3) At the bottom of the page select ‘2011 Football Away Games’
4) Review the number of seats you have requested for each game. Please note that the seats will NOT be General Admission. Seat locations will be determined by donor level and priority points once tickets are received from the opposing school
5) Select the Fed Ex delivery method for all games. All tickets will be mailed via Fed Ex approximately two weeks prior to each game
6) If you have any special requests (accessible seating, etc.), please note your requests under each game special request field
7) On the payment plan options, it is important that you select ‘2011 Away Games’, in order to prevent having your credit card charged in full
9) On the next screen, select amount due today $0.00 and proceed to the billing page
10) Enter your credit card and billing information. Credit cards will only be charged for those orders that we are able to fulfill. For those that receive tickets, charges will appear between July 18th and July 25th
