UM Away Game Tickets for 2010 Season to Go On Sale

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami athletics department announced today that beginning June 4, 2010 orders will be accepted from Season Ticket Holders and Hurricane Club donors for away game tickets.

Away game ticket requests will be taken online only through the “My Account” feature at HurricaneSports.com. 2010 Season Ticket Holders and Hurricane Club Donors can log in between June 4 and July 15, 2010 to request their seats. Online instructions for requesting away game tickets will be posted at HurricaneSports.com beginning June 1, 2010.

Starting the week of July 19, 2010, the Hurricane Ticket Office will notify all accounts, via e-mail, whether their requests were fulfilled. If available, additional away game tickets will go on sale to UM Alumni on July 19, 2010.

Miami’s 2010 road schedule includes games at three teams ranked in Top 25 preseason polls. UM heads to Ohio State (Sept. 11), Pittsburgh (Sept. 23), Clemson (Oct. 2), Duke (Oct. 16), Virginia (Oct. 30) and Georgia Tech (Nov. 13).

Due to the limited number of tickets received from Ohio State, it is anticipated that donors at only the Green level ($2,500) or higher will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets for the game. Tickets and location will be assigned on priority point basis with donor levels and will be assigned once tickets are received from each opponent. The 2010 Miami home schedule features ACC rivals Florida State (Oct. 9), North Carolina (Oct. 16), Maryland (Nov. 6) and Virginia Tech (Nov. 20) along with two in-state matchups against Florida A&M (Sept. 2) and USF (Nov. 27).

Season tickets priced as low as $199 for lower bowl seating and $99 for upper bowl seating may be purchased by calling 1-800-GO-CANES or by logging on to HurricaneSports.com.
