Men's Hoops Plays Final Exhibition

Coral Gables, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami men’s basketball team will play its final exhibition game on Friday, November 12 at 7 p.m. against Inter-American University of Puerto Rico at the Convocation Center in Coral Gables. Tickets for the game are available for $5.
The Hurricanes open the regular-season against Wofford on November 20.
Miami defeated Barry University, 73-55, in its first exhibition game on November 4. Junior Rob Hite led all scorers with 20 points. Sophomore Guillermo Diaz added 19 points while sophomore point guard Anthony Harris had 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and only one turnover.
Season tickets for Miami’s inaugural season in the Atlantic Coast Conference are also available for as little as $175. The Hurricanes’ 16-game home schedule includes visits from perennial power Duke, 2004 NCAA Tournament runner-up Georgia Tech, 2002 NCAA Champion Maryland, two-time NCAA Champion North Carolina State, national power Wake Forest and intra-state rival Florida State.
Single-game tickets for all eight University of Miami men’s basketball non-conference home games are also available for as little as $10 per game.
