Tim Fuller Named Director Of Basketball Operations

Coral Gables, Fla. (hurricanesports.com) – University of Miami head basketball coach Frank Haith announces the hiring of Tim Fuller as Director of Basketball Operations.
Fuller joins the Hurricane staff after spending the last two seasons at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. Fuller served as an Assistant Coach during the 2002-03 season before being promoted to Associate Head Coach prior to the 2003-04 campaign.
Prior to joining the staff at Elon, Fuller was an Assistant Coach at West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, NC. While at West Forsyth he worked with UNLV’s starting power forward JK Edwards, USC-Spartanburg’s starting point guard CJ Paul and 2003 McDonald’s All-American and Wake Forest University signee Chris Paul.
Fuller participated as a non-scholarship athlete at Wake Forest under current South Carolina Head Coach Dave Odom. As a Demon Deacon, he competed on the No. 2 ranked team in the nation, along with Tim Duncan. He ended his career as a co-captain of the 2000 National Invitational Tournament Championship team.
Fuller received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Wake Forest University in 2000.
