UM Track Hosts Hurricane Invitational

Coral Gables, FL (hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami will host the Hurricane Invitational on Saturday, March 22, at Cobb Stadium for Soccer, Track and Field, in Coral Gables, Fla.

Field events will begin at 9 a.m. with running events starting at noon. Tickets for the event are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. UM students will receive free admission with their CaneCard.

Thirteen schools will be competing including host Miami, Southern Connecticut State, Syracuse, Florida International, Connecticut, Princeton, Grinnell, North Dakota, NYU, Kentucky, Rutgers, Florida Memorial and Florida Atlantic.

The Hurricane Invitational is the first of two home meets for Miami this season. Miami will also host the Miami Gatorade Track and Field Classic on April 12.
