Coral Gables, FLA – (www.hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami announced today that U.S. District Judge Michael Moore dismissed a lawsuit brought against the University challenging the University’s right to decide seating for home football games in the Orange Bowl based on donation levels to the school’s Hurricane Club.

The University began the donor seating program in 1984 and expanded this program this past season. Donor seating programs are common at most Universities playing Division 1-A football such as Miami.
