2002-03 Fox Sports Net Basketball Schedule

Coral Gables, FL (hurricanesports.com) – Fox Sports Net Florida will broadcast 10 University of Miami men’s basketball games and eight women’s basketball contests during the 2002-03 season.

Fox Sports Net begins its UM coverage on December 15 with the men’s non-conference road game against Charlotte. In addition, the network will carry nine Hurricane BIG EAST Conference match-ups including home games against Providence (Jan. 29), Villanova (Feb. 8), Virginia Tech (Feb. 11) and Boston College (Mar. 1), as well as road games against West Virginia (Jan. 7), St. John’s (Feb. 2), Boston College (Feb. 15), Providence (Feb. 17) and Villanova (Feb. 25).

Fox Sports Net will begin its women’s coverage on January 11 with a live broadcast of the Hurricanes’ road game against Notre Dame. Also airing live will be the Hurricanes’ match-up with Boston College on March 1. Fox Sports Net Florida will also broadcast six UM women’s games on a tape delay basis including match-ups with Boston College (Jan. 16), Virginia Tech (Jan. 31), Villanova (Feb. 2), St. John’s (Feb. 10), defending National Champion Connecticut (Feb. 21) and Georgetown (Mar. 6).
