The junior running back recorded 28 carries and had three touchdowns, including a 67-yard scamper in the second quarter. He finished with 7.3 yards per carry while adding one reception for 33 yards. The 204-yard rushing total was the top ground output in the nation so far this season.

The senior defensive end posted 10 tackles (five solo), including four tackles for loss and two quarterback sacks. He also recorded seven pass break-ups and two quarterback pressures. It was his first career multiple sack game as the TU defense held the Midshipmen to 1.6 rushing yards per carry and a total of 48 yards on the ground.
Sievers (Ankeny, Iowa) kicked a single-game career-best four field goals in the Hurricanes’ win at Penn State. The junior placekicker converted on attempts of 35, 42, 37 and 23 yards. The 42-yarder was the second-longest of his career. He also improved to 13-of-14 inside the 40-yard line during his UM career. Sievers added three extra points to finish with 15 points, the third-highest total by a kicker in BIG EAST history.
