Men's Basketball To Be Seen On National TV Seven Times

CORAL GABLES, FL – The University of Miami men’s basketball teamwill have seven regular season games broadcast on national television thisseason including its road game with 2000 Final Four participant NorthCarolina.

The Hurricanes’ game against North Carolina in Chapel Hill onDecember 4 at 7 p.m. will be broadcast live on ESPN2. The game will be oneof three UM games on ESPN’s sister station. Other UM games on ESPN2 includeSeton Hall (Feb. 1, 7 p.m.) at Miami Arena and Syracuse (Feb. 13, 7:30 p.m.)at the Carrier Dome.

Miami will make two appearances on both ABC and ESPN this season.ABC will air Miami’s home game against St. John’s (Feb. 10, 3:30 p.m.) aswell its road battle with 1999 NCAA Champion Connecticut (Feb. 24, 3:30p.m.). ESPN will carry the Hurricanes’ road games versus BIG EAST rivals St.John’s (Jan. 22, 7 p.m.) and Villanova (Feb. 17, 9 p.m.).
