Tune In To The Hurricane Hotline On WQAM 560 AM

Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – The 2000 edition of the Hurricane Hotline will begin airing on Thursday, August 17 from 6-8 p.m. on the Hurricanes’ flagship station WQAM 560 AM. The two-hour show, hosted by the voice of the Hurricanes Marc Vandermeer with former UM great Don Bailey Jr., features Head Coach Butch Davis, Athletic Director Paul Dee and appearances from players and assistant coaches.

Hurricane Hotline will air every Thursday during the course of the 2000 season with the exception of three dates. With the McNeese State game kicking off the season on Thursday, August 31, the Hotline will move to Friday, September 1. Prior to the trip to Seattle, for the Washington game, the Hotline will air on Wednesday, September 6 from 6-7:30 p.m. With Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23, the Hotline will air one-day earlier on Wednesday, November 22.
